    Yes, we would be more than happy to take on any additional HMO properties you may have. We work to systemise the management of your property ensuring a complete hassle free experience.
  • What's in it for Property Problem Solvers?
    We make our profit from the increased value of the renovated rooms, but if there are voids, that's out of our pockets not yours.
  • How do you pay me the Landlord?
    Quite simply, you tell us which bank account you want to rent sent and we pay that agreed rent at the end of each month.
